Shipping your package

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling fees are fixed amounts, while transportation fees depend on total weight. We cannot merge two orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. We take special care of fragile items in your package.

Our boxes are large enough to ship your items well protected.

All our items are shipped anonymously and discreetly with no sender on them. 

Shipping costs:

All our orders are shipped for free from an order of €70 in the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands this is with an order from €70.

Right of withdrawal / Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period shall expire 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). To do this, download the return form, print it out and put it in the return box. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refund. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired. We operate free returns. So you have no additional cost for returning your package.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

Additional conditions

The order must be returned in its original packaging if possible. All products and enclosed parts must be returned unopened and unused. If you have not received a response from us after 10 days, please contact us.
