Shipping your package

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling fees are fixed amounts, while transportation fees depend on total weight. We cannot merge two orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. We take special care of fragile items in your package.

Our boxes are large enough to ship your items well protected.

All our items are shipped anonymously and discreetly with no sender on them. 

Shipping costs:

All our orders are shipped for free from an order of €70 in the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands this is with an order from €70.

We ship worldwide outside of Europe. Shipping costs are €24.95, and delivery takes 5 to 15 business days.

Right of withdrawal / Returns

You have the right to cancel the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., in writing, by mail, fax, or email). You can do this via our returns page. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, including shipping costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping option we offer), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to cancel the contract. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such a refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 30 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to cancel the contract. You are considered to have met the deadline if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If the product is defective or you received the wrong product, the return label is free.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

Additional conditions

The order must be returned in its original packaging if possible. All products and enclosed parts must be returned unopened and unused. If you have not received a response from us after 10 days, please contact us.
