Right of withdrawal / Returns

How can you test the product?

During the cooling-off period, you may unpack and use the product as you would in a physical store.
This means that you may examine the product and test it briefly. Do not use the product intensively and handle it with care.

Signs of wear and depreciation

We ask you to return the product, as far as reasonably possible, complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

If the product has been used more than is necessary to assess it, or if there are clear signs of use, we may charge a depreciation fee.
Examples include scratches, stains, damage, or missing parts.

In that case:

  • you still have the right to cancel the purchase within the cooling-off period

  • we assess the condition of the product

  • we will deduct a reasonable depreciation from the amount to be refunded. In serious cases, this may mean that we can no longer refund the purchase price (in full) because the product is no longer saleable as new.

Free returns

We offer free returns for products that:

  • be reported within the cooling-off period

  • be complete

  • have no signs of use beyond what is necessary to evaluate the product

If the product shows clear signs of wear or damage due to use, then:

  • you are still entitled to cancel within the cooling-off period

  • you may be responsible for the return shipping costs

  • can we withhold part of the purchase price due to depreciation?

Exchange or a new product

If you would like to exchange for a different size, color, or model, or if you would like to receive a new product, please contact our customer service department.
Together, we will look for the best solution, such as an exchange or a new shipment, in accordance with the above rules.

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Within these 30 days, you must inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You then have 14 days to return the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service department at support@ledsmovenow.com with your name, order number, and the product you wish to return.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive back from us all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refund. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

Additional conditions

The order must be returned in its original packaging if possible. All products and enclosed parts must be returned unopened and unused. If you have not received a response from us after 10 days, please contact us.
